I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and the founder of Bridges Clinic. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in ADHD assessment and therapy for adults.
Since 2022, I’ve been assessing and treating clients with ADHD across Ontario through my work at The Cohen Clinic and The Mental Game Clinic. My approach combines evidence-based ADHD interventions with a culturally sensitive lens to ensure clients feel understood and supported.
At Bridges Clinic, I provide therapy in English and Spanish, and my team offers ADHD assessments and therapy in Portuguese, Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin, and Arabic.
My focus is helping you gain clarity, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change—without language barriers.
